Odvojiti bjelanjke od \u017eumanjaka. Od bjelanjaka umutiti \u010dvrsti snijeg. U drugoj posudi \u017eumanjke umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i uljem. Dodati mlijeko, prosijano bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo (malo po malo) i sol.<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u010dno dodati snijeg od bjelanjaka. Pleh dimenzija 30\u00d730 oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje, te uliti i poravnati pripremljenu smjesu. Staviti u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i 15-20 min (dok lagano ne porumeni i \u010da\u010dkalica suha iza\u0111e van).<\/p>\n<p>Ohladiti biskvit. Kad se za\u017eelite, izvadite iz zamrziva\u010da i za par sati imate mekane fine \u010dupavce.<\/p>\n<p>Kako sam kasno radila biskvit, nije mi se potpuno ohladio, a isto sam izrezala kockice i lagano mlakog umakala u \u010dokoladu.
