{"id":2010,"date":"2019-05-25T18:26:02","date_gmt":"2019-05-25T18:26:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=2010"},"modified":"2019-05-25T18:26:03","modified_gmt":"2019-05-25T18:26:03","slug":"sitni-nepeceni-slavski-kolaci-6-recepata-ne-zna-se-koji-je-bolji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=2010","title":{"rendered":"SITNI NEPE\u010cENI SLAVSKI KOLA\u010cI 6 RECEPATA NE ZNA SE KOJI JE BOLJI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokos kiflice:<br>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n250 g kokos bra\u0161na<br>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br>\n250 g margarina<br>\n120 ml mleka<br>\n500 g mekog bra\u0161na<br>\n2 \u017eumanca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pi\u0161inger:<br>\n8 jaja<br>\n450 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n280 g crne \u010dokolade<br>\n250 g maslaca<br>\n1 veliko pakovanje oblandi<br>\nmalo prepe\u010denih, samlevenih le\u0161nika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljubavne kuglice:<br>\n100 g mlevenog keksa<br>\n150 g mlevenih le\u0161nika<br>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br>\n80 ml gaziranog soka od pomorand\u017ee<br>\n3 ka\u0161i\u010dice ekstrata od jagoda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g crne \u010dokolade<br>\n90 g margarina (ja sam stavila maslac)<br>\n1 ka\u0161ika ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salamice:<br>\n230 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br>\n130 g mlevenih oraha<br>\n1 belance<br>\n1\/2 ka\u0161ike kakaoa<br>\n1 tvrdo kuvano \u017eumance<br>\n100 g maslaca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010coko-\u0161ljivne kuglice:<br>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n200 g seckanih oraha<br>\npo potrebi malo samlevenih oraha<br>\n200 g samlevenih suvih \u0161ljiva<br>\n200 g crne \u010dokolade<br>\n2 ka\u0161ike ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rozen makovnja\u010da:<br>\nkorice za Rozen tortu<br>\n500 g mlevenog maka<br>\n400 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n4 dl mleka (posna varijanta sojiino mleko)<br>\n250 g margarina<br>\n125 g maslaca (posna varijanta smao margarin)<br>\n1 \u0161tapi\u0107 vanile<br>\nza fondan: 200 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, 1\/2 \u010da\u0161e vru\u0107e vode, nekoliko kapi kola\u010darske crvene boje i malo ulja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brownie kola\u010di\u0107i:<br>\n35 g bra\u0161na<br>\n1\/4 ka\u0161i\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br>\nna vrh no\u017ea soli<br>\n2 velika jaja<br>\n130 g \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n1 ka\u0161ika jake kafe<br>\n30 g maslaca<br>\n200 g Nestle Ecuador \u010dokolade<br>\n100 g naseckane Nestle Ecuador \u010dokolade i badema<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema<br>\n1.<br>\nKokos kiflice<br>\n2.<br>\nPenasto umutiti margarin i \u0161e\u0107er, pa dodati jedno po jedno \u017eumance i sve lepo sjediniti.<br>\nPosebno ume\u0161eto bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i kokos, pa sjediniti sa prethodnom smesom.<br>\nDodati mleko i zamesiti glatko testo, uviti ga u foliju i ostaviti oko 30 min u fri\u017eideru.<br>\n3.<br>\nNapraviti kiflice i ispe\u0107i ih u plehu oblo\u017eeniim papirom za pe\u010denje, na srednjoj T oko 15-ak minuta. Ispe\u010dene ohladiti prvo na re\u0161etki za kola\u010dae, a onda uvaljati u prah \u0161e\u0107er.<br>\n4.<br>\nPi\u0161inger<br>\n5.<br>\nUmutiti dobro \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa skuvati krem na pari.<br>\nKada se krem zgusnuo, dodati \u010dokoladu i me\u0161ati dok se ne otopi. Ohladiti u potpunosti.<br>\nKada se krem ohladi izme\u0161ati ga sa prethodno umu\u0107enim maslacem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.<br>\nNafilovati oblande, a odozgo posuti prepe\u010denim i samlevenim le\u0161nicima.<br>\n7.<br>\nLjubavne kuglice<br>\n8.<br>\nSjediniti mleveni keks, mlevene le\u0161nike i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu.<br>\nDodati ekstrat od jagoda i gazirani sok od pomorand\u017ee. Dobro izme\u0161ati da se dobije ujedna\u010dena crvena smesa.<br>\n9.<br>\nOstaviti je na jedan sat u fri\u017eideru, zatim napraviti male kuglice, pa ih opet vratiti opet u fri\u017eider, dok se pripremi \u010dokolada.<br>\n10.<br>\n\u010cokoladu i margarin( ja sam koristila maslac) pa\u017eljivo otopiti, dodati ka\u0161iku ulja. U svaku malu korpicu sipati po ka\u0161i\u010dicu ove \u010dokoladne smese.<br>\nPreko \u010dokolade pa\u017eljivo spustiti po jednu crvenu kuglicu. Ostaviti u fri\u017eideru da se \u010dokolada stegne., pa pa\u017eljivo izvaditi Ljubavne kuglice iz korpica.<br>\n11.<br>\nSalamice<br>\n12.<br>\nZamesiti testo od belanceta, \u0161e\u0107era, samlevenih oraha, kakaoa , pa razviti koru izme\u0111u dve providne folije.<br>\n13.<br>\nUmutiti penasto maslac sa 100 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, propasirano kuvano \u017eumance.<br>\nOvim filom premazati koru i pa\u017eljivo uviti u rolat. Ostaviti na hladnom da se dobro stegne.<br>\n14.<br>\n\u010coko-\u0161ljivne kuglice<br>\n15.<br>\nU\u0161pinovati \u0161e\u0107er sa malo vode (toliko vode da \u0161e\u0107er ogrezne, odnosno da ga voda prekrije). Pa u to dodati i napraviti kompaktnu masu, samlevene suve \u0161ljive, sitno seckane orahe i po potrebi mo\u017eda malo mlevenih oraha (oceni\u0107ete sami zbog gustine i kompaktnosti) i 100 g istopljene \u010dokolade.<br>\n16.<br>\nNapraviti kuglice iste veli\u010dine.Za \u010dokoladnu glazuru otopiti 100 g \u010dokolade i ulje.<br>\nSvaku kuglicu posebno zabodite na \u010da\u010dkalicu i umo\u010dite u otopljenu \u010dooladu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuglice stavljajte na \u017eicu da se ocede od vi\u0161ka \u010dokolade i stegne glazura.<br>\n17.<br>\nRozen makovnja\u010da<br>\n18.<br>\nU 4 dl mleka prokuvati: sr\u017e iz jedne \u0161ipke vanile (ostatak sameljite vi\u0161e puta sa prah \u0161e\u0107erom i dobi\u0107ete pravi vanilin \u0161e\u0107er ), \u0161e\u0107er da se otopi i samleveni mak. Ostaviti da se totalno ohladi.<br>\n19.<br>\nPenasto umutiti margarin i maslac, pa dodavati postepeno mak. Nafolovati korice za Rozen tortu.<br>\n20.<br>\nOdozgo premazati roze fondanom. \u0160e\u0107er u prahu brzo mutiti (mutilicom) sa 1\/2 \u010da\u0161e vru\u0107e vode, dodati nekoliko kapi crvene kola\u010darske boje i malo ulja zbog sjaja.<br>\n21.<br>\nBrownie kola\u010di\u0107i by Ana Ugarkovi\u0107<br>\n22.<br>\nGodinama ih pravim i fantasti\u010di su.<br>\n23.<br>\nOblo\u017eiti pleh masnim papirom.<br>\nPome\u0161ati bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i so.<br>\nMikserom umutiti jaja, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i kafu, oko 15 minuta dok se smesa na zgusne.<br>\n24.<br>\nU ma\u0111uvremenu rastopiti na pari \u010dokoladu i maslac. Prome\u0161ati, malo prohladiti i dodati u smesu sa jajima.
