Ohladite smesu do 37 stepeni ( na dodir prsta ), u smesu umutite svezi kvasca. Dodajte brasno i so. Umesite glatko testo.<br \/>\nOd testa odma oblikuijte 20 jufki. Svaku jufku tanko rastanjite i uvijte u kiflu. Kifle redjajte u pleh prekriven papirom za pecenje. Prekrijte pleh kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite da stoji 1 sat na sobnoj temperaturi. U medjuvremenu zagrejte pecnicu na 250 stepeni.<br \/>\nPred pecenje premazite svaku kiflu umucenim jajetom u koga ste dodali malo soli. Pecite 8 minuta u zagrejanoj pecnici na 250 stepeni.
