Sadr\u017ee i 9 bitnih aminokiselina koje su od velike va\u017enosti za tijelo: histidin, izoleucin, leucin, licin, metionin, fenilalanin, treonin, triptofan i valin, kao vitamine A, B2, B12, B5, D i E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebalo bi da znate da se ova dijeta ne preporu\u010duje ljudima koji imaju razli\u010dite hroni\u010dne bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrana koja je bogata proteinima je sjajna za skidanje vi\u0161ka kilograma.
