Sastoji se od povr\u0107a i izuzetno je lagana, \u010dak je zato mo\u017eete jesti i u kasne sate jer vas ne\u0107e udebljati.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema se za 35 minuta i ukusna je i sutradan.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI<br \/>\nPra\u0161ak za pecivo &#8211; 10 g<br \/>\nJaja &#8211; 4 komada<br \/>\ncrni biber &#8211; 2 g<br \/>\nMaslinovo ulje &#8211; 40 ml<br \/>\nMlijeko &#8211; 40 ml<br \/>\nBra\u0161no &#8211; 120 g<br \/>\nKrompir &#8211; 2 komada<br \/>\n\u0160argarepa &#8211; 2 komada<br \/>\nPraziluk &#8211; 1 komad<br \/>\nKupus &#8211; 500 g<br \/>\nPaprika &#8211; 1 komad<br \/>\nPer\u0161un &#8211; 10 g<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA<\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0107e isjeckati proizvoljno ( mo\u017eete sjeckati ili rendati, kako vi\u0161e volite), sve sjediniti u jednoj \u010diniji, dodati per\u0161un pa dobro promije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Potom umutiti jaja, dodati mlijeko, maslinovo ulje, so, biber, sve dobro sjediniti pa zatim dodati bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Smjesu dodati u \u010diniju sa povr\u0107em. Dobro izmije\u0161ati sve sastojke pa sipati u pleh oblo\u017een pek papirom. Ravnomjerno je rasporediti i pe\u0107i 20 minuta u rerni zagrijanoj na 180 stepeni.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga, izvaditi iz rerne i dodati 100g rendanog sira i 20g crnog ili bijelog susama. Zatim vratiti u rernu da se na istoj temperaturi pe\u010de jo\u0161 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Isjecite na par\u010di\u0107e i ve\u010dera je spremna za serviranje!
