Izmiksati bjelanjke u \u010dvrsti snijeg, postupno dodavaju\u0107i \u0161e\u0107er i limunov sok. Zatim lagano umije\u0161ati orahe, gro\u017e\u0111ice i bra\u0161no. Lim za pe\u010denje (veli\u010dine oblatne) prekriti papirom za pe\u010denje i na njega prebaciti pripremljeno tijesto za biskvit. Ravnomjerno rasporediti tijesto po limu za pe\u010denje i staviti ga u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na temperaturu od 180\u00b0C i pe\u010di 20 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu \u017eumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izmije\u0161ati i kuhati na pari dok se ne postigne potrebna \u010dvrsto\u0107a\u2026\u2026a zatim dodati na listi\u0107e narezani margarin i dobro izmiksati u finu kremu. Jednu oblatnu ( sa glatkom stranom dolje) premazati polovicom kreme. Na premazanu oblatnu polo\u017eiti ispe\u010deni biskvit i premazati ga drugom polovicom kreme. Biskvit pokriti drugom oblatnom (sa glatkom stranom dolje) i pritisnuti sve prikladnim utegom.
