BOLJI NEGO IZ SLASTI\u010cARNE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Podloga:<br \/>\n300 gr mlevenog keks<br \/>\n150 gr maslaca\/margarina<br \/>\n50 \u2013 100 ml soka po izboru ili mleka<\/p>\n<p>Fil:<br \/>\n500 gr krem sir (philadelphia, abc, mascarpone)<br \/>\n300 ml slatkog vrhnja (slatka pavlaka)<br \/>\n100 ml mleka<br \/>\n200 gr secera u prahu<br \/>\n1 vrecica zelatine<\/p>\n<p>Vocni sloj:<br \/>\n500 gr voca (malina, visanja, jagoda, kupina)<br \/>\n200 ml vode<br \/>\n3 vanil secera<br \/>\n3 kasike secera<br \/>\n1 vrecica zelatine<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nZa podlogu pomesati mlevene kekse sa otopljenim puterom i sokom. Mrvicastu masu utisnuti u dno kalupa ( 26 cm ). Ostaviti u frizider dok pripremamo nadev.<br \/>\nZa nadev krem sir pomesati sa secerom u prahu, izmesati. Umuceni slatku pavlaku postepeno dodavati siru i mesati u glatku smesu. Dodati otopljenu zelatinu koju smo prethodno pripremili prema uputi na vrecici i istopili u 100 ml mleka. Promesati. Istresti na podlogu od keksa, poravnati i ostaviti u frizider da se stisne.<br \/>\nZa vocni sloj pomesati voce, vodu, vaniliju secer i secer i kuvati dok ne provri. Kada prokljuca neka se kuva jos 5 minuta. Ukloniti sa vatre i dodati zelatinu koju smo prethodno pripremili prema uputama. Prohladiti i naneti na nadev.
