Olju\u0161titi krompir, \u0161argarepu i luk pa izdrendati, dodati sjeckan per\u0161unov i celerov list. Olju\u0161titi paradajz, pa 1 izrendati u povr\u0107e. Dodati isjeckan bijeli luk, so, biber, 2 ka\u0161ike ulja, promje\u0161ati da se sjedini. Puniti paprike, pripremljenom smjesom i re\u0111ati u pouljen pleh za pe\u010denje. Ja koristim zemljani peka\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>U onaj sok \u0161to je povr\u0107e pustilo izrendati preostali paradajz, dodati preostale 2 ka\u0161ike ulja i sve sipati izmedju paprika. Ove paprike ne treba nicim zatvarati. Paprike pokrijem papirom za pecenje, a ne poklopcem, da bi mi se paprike pekle a ne kuvale u pari.<\/p>\n<p>Peci na 200\u00b0 C (ja pecem na 350\u00b0 F) oko sat vremena.
