Kada marinada zavri stavite paprike, da se malo proprze (prokuhaju) u marinadi.<br \/>\nRadite to na tihoj vatri i nemojte mesati nego samo protresite serpu. Max. desetak min. marinirajte paprike.<br \/>\nBjeli luk sitno iseckajte i promesajte sa seckanim persunom i biberom.<br \/>\nKad se malo prohlade paprike, redajte red paprika, pa stavite odozgo od luka i persuna, pa opet, paprike i tako redom.<br \/>\nPolijte marinadom i ostavite tegle otvorene preko noci.
