U tiganju dodajte puter i ulje, a zatim crni luk. Kada se crni luk prodinsta, dodajte \u0161ampinjone. Dinstajte ih oko desetak minuta, pa im doajte belo vino. Kada vino ispari, dodajte beli luk i per\u0161un, pr\u017eite jo\u0161 par minuta i sklonite sa ringle.
