Od njega mo\u017eete napraviti i odli\u010dan sendvi\u010d ili ga uviti kao punjenu tortilju. <\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>900 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>\n300 ml toplog mlijeka<br \/>\n300 ml tople vode<br \/>\n20 gr soli<br \/>\n20 gr svje\u017eeg kvasca ili 10 gr suvog kvasca<br \/>\nmaslinovo ulje<br \/>\nsjeckani per\u0161un<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Pome\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i so pa dodajte kvasac, dobro razmrvljen. U to usipajte mlijeko i vodu pa zamesite meko testo. Prekrijte posudu krpom ili poklopcem i ostavite da naraste.<br \/>\nNakon dizanja testo izvadite iz posude i stavite na radnu plo\u010du koju ste posuli bra\u0161nom. Razdelite ga na osam delova pa od njih napravite kuglice. Svaku razmesite tako da ima nekih 20 cm.<br \/>\nPecite svaki komad u tiganju sa obe strane dok se somun ne naduje i dobije zlatnu boju.
