Prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajetom i pecite na 200 \u00b0C oko 20 minuta.<br \/>\nKad su rolice pe\u010dene, vru\u010de ih maknite s kalupa i pustite da se rolice ohlade.<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n\u017delatinu stavite u zdjelicu, zalijte hladnom vodom i ostavite da nabubri 10-ak minuta.<br \/>\nOko 400 ml mlijeka stavite u posudu i pustite da zakuha.<br \/>\nPuding i Gussnel pomije\u0161ajte s ostatkom mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p>U posudu stavite \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i dobro pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nDodajte razmu\u0107eni puding s Gussnelom i ponovo dobro promije\u0161ajte. Lagano usipajte vru\u0107e mlijeko neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i.<br \/>\nDobivenu smjesu stavite na vatru i lagano mije\u0161ajte dok ne zakuha.<br \/>\nMaknite s vatre, dodajte nabubrenu \u017eelatinu i lagano mije\u0161ajte dok se \u017eelatina ne otopi.<br \/>\nKremu pustite da se u potpunosti ohladi pa umije\u0161ajte \u010dvrsto tu\u010deno vrhnje za \u0161lag.
