Ovo je recept po kojem ih ja ostavljam u teglicama bar 20 godina i pokazao se kao najprakti\u010dniji. Zamrzavanje je, razume se, najzdraviji na\u010din, ali onda bi mi trebala dva zamrziva\u010da da svo vo\u0107e i povr\u0107e koje volim zamrznem za neke budu\u0107e dane.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno vam je:<\/p>\n<p>10 kg vi\u0161anja \u2013 o\u010di\u0161\u0107enih od peteljki i iscepanih (izvadjene ko\u0161tice)<br \/>\n2 kesice konzervansa (obi\u010dno ide jedna na 5kg plodova)<br \/>\n10 teglica od kilograma \u2013 opranih, obrisanih, vodite ra\u010duna da su \u010depovi dobri i bez rdje.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u0161nje operite, o\u010distite od peteljki i ko\u0161tica, pome\u0161ajte sa konzervansom i ostavite 24 sata da stoje tako u vangli ili loncu. Mogu da stoje i u kuhinji na sobnoj temperaturi, nije problem. Nakon ta 24h vide\u0107ete da su otpustile sok.
