Ostatak mlijeka zakuhati pa kad zavrije ukuhati puding. Kuhati uz mije\u0161anje par minuta dok se puding ne zgusne. Maknuti sa vatre pa u jo\u0161 vru\u0107e umije\u0161ati maslac narezan na komadi\u0107e, dobro promije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom dok se krema potpuno ne stopi. Dodati tada i kiselo vrhnje pa opet dobro promije\u0161ati i ujedna\u010diti kremu. Tada dodati i kekse izlomljene na komadi\u0107e (izlomite ih rukama) pa sve skupa dobro izmije\u0161ati kuha\u010dom.
