U luk dodati mlj. meso, posoliti, povegetiti i pobiberiti po ukusu i nastaviti pirjati jo\u0161 koju minutu. Dok se meso pirja, oguliti krumpire i izribati na krupniju ribu.<\/p>\n<p>Krumpir pomje\u0161ati s mesom i lukom, ako je potrebno jo\u0161 za\u010diniti. Ostaviti da se malo prohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Protvan vel. 35\u00d725 premazati s malo ulja i staviti koru koje ste presavili na pola. Tu koru premazite ponova s \u200b\u200bmalo ulja i na nju stavite drugu koru, opet duplo.<\/p>\n<p>Na tu drugu koru ra\u0161irite malo nadjeva koji pokrijete novi korom, pa opet nadjev i tako redom dok ne potro\u0161ite. Zadnje dvije kore neka vam budu bez nadjeva kao \u0161to ste i zapo\u010deli.<\/p>\n<p>Sad pitu isje\u010dite na \u017eeljenu veli\u010dinu i zalijte pripremljenim zaljevom. No\u017eem malo razmaknuti da pita bolje upije zaljev.<\/p>\n<p>Zaljev<br \/>\nJaja izmiksati, dodati ulje, jogurt, mineralnu vodu i sol. Ostaviti 30 min. da se listovi dobro natope a zatom staviti pe\u0107i u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180C dok lijepo ne porumeni.
