Evo i recepta\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nKore :<br \/>\n12 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n12 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n4 \u017elice bra\u0161na\/o\u0161trog\/<br \/>\n300 gr. oraha mljevenih<\/p>\n<p>Prvi premaz:<br \/>\n120 gr. \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 gr. maslaca\/margarina\/<\/p>\n<p>Drugi premaz:<br \/>\n120 gr. \u010dokolade<br \/>\n120 gr. maslaca\/margarina\/<\/p>\n<p>F i l :<br \/>\n12 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n8 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 dcl. mlijeka<br \/>\n2 vanilija \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n250 gr. maslaca\/margarina\/<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Kore: bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er izmiksati,pa dalje lagano mje\u0161aju\u0107i \u017elicom dodavati bra\u0161no i mljev.orahe.<br \/>\nOd toga pe\u0107i 3 kore u manjoj tepsiji ili 1 koru u velikoj tepsiji od rerne.Tako sam ja radila.<br \/>\nStaviti pe\u0107i na laganiju temperaturu oko 180 stupnjeva na 20-25 min.Sve opet zavisi i od rerne.<br \/>\nKad je pe\u010dena kora,ostaviti da se hladi i poslije ju izrezati na 3 dijela<\/p>\n<p>1.premaz:\u0160e\u0107er staviti na \u201cvatru\u201dda se topi i kad je postao sme\u0111e\/karamel\/boje dodati u njega maslac i mje\u0161ati kratko dok ne postane \u017eitka karamel masa.<br \/>\nSada sa tom vru\u0107om masom tanko,tanko premazati kore.\u010cak se nemora ni sve utro\u0161iti.Premaz ne smije biti debel,jer se ne\u0107e mo\u0107i rezati lijepe \u0161nite torte.<br \/>\nPo\u0161to se taj karamel jako brzo ste\u017ee,ja sam ga \u010dim se stvrdnuo cijelog izbockala no\u017eem da malo popuca<br \/>\nta kora od karamela,a sve u svrhu boljeg rezanja torte!<\/p>\n<p>2.premaz:Od \u010dokolade i maslaca napraviti glazuru i kad se glazura malo prohladi,namazati ju na sve tri kore po onom karamelu.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se stegne \u2026<\/p>\n<p>F i l : Kuhati na pari \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er i mlijeko dok se ne zgusne.U ohla\u0111eno dodati izra\u0111eni maslac i sve dobro zajedno izmiksati.<br \/>\nZatim se filom ma\u017eu sve tri kore na kojima je ve\u0107 \u0161pinani \u0161e\u0107er i \u010dokol.glazura.<br \/>\nFila ima dovoljno da se mo\u017ee bogato namazati cijela torta.<br \/>\nTortu ukrasiti po \u017eelji i mogu\u0107nosti.<br \/>\nJa nisam utro\u0161ila sav karamel na premazivanje kora,pa sam ga istresla u tanjur i kad se stvrdnuo,usitnila sam ga\/samljela\/u grila\u017e.<br \/>\nPosula sam grila\u017e po torti<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nTorta je ukusna i jako fina.<\/p>\n<p>coolinarika.com<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>To je prava \u201cte\u0161ka\u201d orahova torta,poja\u010dana okusom karameliziranog \u0161e\u0107era i puno \u010dokolade\u2026..
