Ja ne volim suve pite i ne volim da imam utisak kad da jedem testo\/kore. Zato ova pita ima dosta fila, nije masna i nije suva uop\u0161te. Preukusna je i topla i hladna, odnos mesa i pe\u010duraka je savr\u0161en i vrlo \u010desto je pravimo, pogotovo za praznike ?<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>12 kora za pitu<br \/>\nglavica crnog luka<br \/>\n500 g me\u0161anog mlevenog mesa<br \/>\n450 g o\u010di\u0161\u0107enih pe\u010duraka<br \/>\n200 ml mleka<br \/>\nso, biber po ukusu<br \/>\n3 jajeta srednje veli\u010dine<br \/>\noko 150 ml suncokretovog ulja<\/p>\n<p>Preliv:<br \/>\n3 jajeta srednje veli\u010dine<br \/>\n200 g gr\u010dkog jogurta<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Luk iseckati.<br \/>\nPe\u010durke olju\u0161titi, oprati i iseckati na listi\u0107e (ja ne stavljam i ne koristim dr\u0161ke od pe\u010duraka).<br \/>\nPropr\u017eiti luk. Dodati pe\u010durke. Dinstati 5 minuta pa dodati mleveno meso. Prome\u0161ati i dodati mleko. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Dinstati dok se skoro svo mleko ne ukuva, oko 25 minuta. OSTAVITI DA SE SMESA OHLADI pa ume\u0161ati 3 jaja. Sve dobro prome\u0161ati.<br \/>\nNauljiti pleh. Svaku koru presaviti na pola. Ako je kora ve\u0107a od pleha, vi\u0161ak ise\u0107i pa re\u0111ati deo preko svake kore. Re\u0111ati po 3 kore, svaku prvo premazati sa 2 ka\u0161ike ulja pa preko tre\u0107e kore ide opet 2 ka\u0161ike ulja pa 1\/3 fila.<\/p>\n<p>Zna\u010di re\u0111ati ovako:<br \/>\nkora (presavijena na pola), 2 ka\u0161ike ulja, kora, 2 ka\u0161ike ulja, kora, 2 ka\u0161ike ulja, 1\/3 fila. Ponavljati tako jo\u0161 2 puta dok se meso ne utro\u0161i, a na vrh idu 3 kore (svaka prvo premazana sa uljem). Ise\u0107i pitu na komade.<br \/>\nZagrejati rernu (sa ventilatorom) na 180 C.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010diniji dobro pome\u0161ati jaja sa gr\u010dkim jogurtom pa preliti preko pite.
