Umijesi glatko tijesto. Ostavi ga na toplom da naraste duplo.<br>\n    3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada tijesto podijeli na dva nejednaka dijela.( sa malom razlikom) Manji dio razvaljaj u \u010detvrtasto, prema\u017ei sa rastopljenaim margom i re\u017ei na trakice \u0161irine oko 1-1,5 cm. \u0161irine, ali ne do kraja. Sve se mora dr\u017eati zajedno.<br>       4.<br>     Tijesto uvijaj tako da krene\u0161 od jednog \u0107o\u0161ka prema sredini, do suprotnog \u0107o\u0161ka. Tako pripremljeno uvij u obliku pu\u017ea.<br>     5.<br>     Isto postupi i sa ve\u010dim tijestom, te ga omotaj oko manjeg. Prekrij i ostavi na toplo da jo\u0161 malo naraste. U jaje umije\u0161aj malo soli prema\u017ei poga\u010du i stavi pe\u010di na 180 stupnjeva oko 35 minuta.
