Izda\u0161na, Kremasta, Sa Tankim Koricama!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Korice \u2013 sastojci za jednu, a peku se 4:<\/p>\n<p>4 belanca<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n50 ml hladne vode<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika kakaoa<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike mlevenih, pe\u010denih le\u0161nika<br \/>\n5 gr pra\u0161ka za pecivo, ravna ka\u0161i\u010dica<\/p>\n<p>Fil I i II:<br \/>\n1,5l mleka<br \/>\n12 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n12 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika gustina ( ni\u0161esta, skrob )<br \/>\n375 gr margarina ili 350 gr maslaca<br \/>\n150 + 50 gr \u010dokolade<br \/>\n100 gr seckanih le\u0161nika<br \/>\n1 ili 2 ka\u0161i\u010dice ness kafe zavisno koliko jak ukus volite, ako pravite de\u010diju tortu preporu\u010dujem samo jednu, zbog bla\u017eeg ukusa ili belu mle\u010dnu \u010dokoladu kao i beli deo eurokrema, ne\u0107ete pogre\u0161iti.<br \/>\n500 ml slatke pavlake<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Ulupati belanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, da se dobije \u010dvrsta pena, pa uliti hladnu vodu i opet sve umutiti.<br \/>\nZatim dodati bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i mlevene le\u0161nike i sve sjediniti lopaticom ili varja\u010dom.<br \/>\nIstresti u oblo\u017een pleh 30 x 39cm, sa ivicama i staviti da se korica pe\u010de oko 15 minuta. Posle 10 minuta pogledati koliko je potrebno kori jo\u0161 da se pe\u010de. Pleh je meren sa ivicama, tako da je dno ne\u0161to manje. Proizvodja\u010di obi\u010dno mere sve zajedno pa tako pi\u0161u na etikete. <\/p>\n<p>De\u0161avalo mi se da kupim pleh 35 x 25 cm a kada a kuci izmerim on je 30 x 20, jer je nama bitno dno, a njima sve\u2026<br \/>\nPonoviti jo\u0161 3 puta.<br \/>\nZa fil umutiti \u017eumanca, bra\u0161no, gustin i malo hladnog mleka. Ostatak mleka staviti na srednju vatru da provri, kako vam ne bi zagorelo.<\/p>\n<p>Kada mleko provri zakuvati \u017eumanca, pa me\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne.<br \/>\nDobijen puding od \u017eumanaca iz \u0161erpe prebaciti u drugu posudu, prekriti folijom i ostaviti da se hladi.<br \/>\nU ohladjen fil dodati omek\u0161ali, iseckan maslac i umutiti.<br \/>\nUkoliko dodajete margarin njega prvo umutiti, pa dodavati njemu ohladjen puding od \u017eumanaca i sve umutiti.<br \/>\nPodeliti na tri dela.<\/p>\n<p>Na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj otopiti 150 gr \u010dokolade, pa dodati u jedan deo fila i sve umutiti.<br \/>\nU drugi deo fila dodati sitno iseckanih preostalih 50 gr \u010dokolade i seckane le\u0161nike i sve umutiti.<br \/>\nU tre\u0107i deo dodati otopljenu ka\u0161i\u010dicu ness kafe u malo vrele vode i sve opet sjediniti.<br \/>\nUmutiti slatku pavlaku kao \u0161lag, ne pretvrdo.
