Ne pani\u010dite, napravite ga sami i to za svega 30 minuta.<br>\nAko mislite da je proces pravljenja sira dugotrajan i mukotrpan posao i zato ga izbegavate, mi smo na Simplebites blogu prona\u0161li recept za mocarela sir koji \u0107e vas uveriti u potpuno suprotno.<br>\nDa nam je neko rekao da je mogu\u0107e napraviti sir za svega pola sata mi mu ne bismo verovali, a vi? Sti\u017ee i recept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrebni sastojci:<br>\n\u2013 3, 8 l mleka<br>\n  \u2013 1 \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dica limunske kiseline u prahu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00bc ka\u0161i\u010dice te\u010dnog siri\u0161ta<br>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<br>\nMleko sipajte u veliku \u0161erpu i na srednje jakoj temperaturi zagrevajte mleko dok ne dostigne temperaturu 12C, za ovo \u0107e vam biti potreban kuhinjski termometar. Kad je mleko dostiglo odgovaraju\u0107u temperaturu uspite limunsku kiselinu u prahu, dobro prome\u0161ajte i nastavite zagrevati mleko.<br>\nKad se mleko zagrejalo do temperature od 31C, ulijte sir\u0161te i i dobro prome\u0161ajte. Primeti\u0107ete da se mleko lagano po\u010dinje zgu\u0161njavati, a primeti\u0107ete i malene grudvice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izme\u0111u 35-40C temperature mleko \u0107e biti poprili\u010dno gusto i vreme je da ugasite \u0161poret, a mo\u0107i \u0107ete primetiti i kako se surutka odvaja od grudvica sira.<br>\nSkinite \u0161erpu sa \u0161poreta i ostavite da se prohladi pet minuta. Nakon toga uz pomo\u0107 \u0161uplje ka\u0161ike izvadite sve stvorene grudvice (sir) u posebnu posudu i ocedite vi\u0161ak surutke koliko je mogu\u0107e. Nakon toga sir stavite u mikrotalasnu rernu da se greje 60 sekundi, ponovo ocedite surutku i preklopite sir nekoliko puta da se toplina ravnomerno rasporedi, kao da mesite testo.<br>\nNakon tog sir ponovo vratite u mikrotalasnu i zagrejte sir 30-40 sekundi u zavisnosti od ja\u010dine mikrotalasne pa ponovo ocedite vi\u0161ak surutke.<br>\nNa sir pospite malo soli pa ga preklopite dva puta i ponovo vratite u mikrotalsnu na 30-40 sekundi i ocedite vi\u0161ak surutke.<br>\nU ovom trenutku sir bi trebalo da je veoma vru\u0107 i da podse\u0107a na rastopljeni mocarela sir, na ruku stavite rukavicu pa ga razvucite najvi\u0161e \u0161to mo\u017eete i otpustite da se sam slo\u017ei.<br>\nPonovite grejanje u mikrostalsnoj dok svi slojevi sira ne budu jednako vru\u0107i \u2013 dva do tri puta.<br>\nNakon toga od sira mo\u017eete napraviti male loptice, veknu ili pletenicu.
