Ne samo da ga ja nisam pravila ve\u0107 \u010ditavu vje\u010dnost, nego se ne sje\u0107am kada je uop\u0107e netko spomenuo da ga je pravio.<br \/>\nNije u modi, jednostavno. Ali, i dalje je fin kakav je i nekada bio \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Jedina zamjerka tom kola\u010du je i\u0161la na ra\u010dun pomalo suhog biskvita, zato sam sada napravila ovaj preljevi\u0107 da ga malo navla\u017ei. Preljev mo\u017eete napraviti i bez \u0161e\u0107era, zna\u010di samo prokuhati mlijeko s vanilijom.<\/p>\n<p>I jo\u0161 ne\u0161to, jako bitno \u2013 ovaj kola\u010d obavezno treba dobro ohladiti prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\n5 jaja<br \/>\n180 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017elica vode<br \/>\n2 \u017elice kakaa<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 180C. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje (moj je dimenzija 30\u00d732 a mo\u017ee biti i onaj u\u017ei i du\u017ei) \u2013 prema\u017eite ga uljem i pospite o\u0161trim bra\u0161nom.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no s kakaom i skupa prosijte.<br \/>\nBjelanjke izradite u \u010dvrt snijeg, uz stalno miksanje dodajte im \u0161e\u0107er pa zatim i vodu. Sada dodajte jedan po jedan \u017eumanjak i na kraju bra\u0161no s kakaom.<br \/>\nSmjesu ulijte u pripremljeni lim, stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu i pecite oko 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme pripremite preljev i kremu.<\/p>\n<p>Preljev za biskvit:<br \/>\n1 dl mlijeka<br \/>\n1 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica vanilije<\/p>\n<p>U lon\u010di\u0107 ili malu \u0161erpicu stavite sve sastojke i kratko prokuhajte.<br \/>\nPe\u010deni biskvit preokrenite naopako pa \u017elicom ravnomjerno nanesite preljev. Ako vam se biskvit i dalje \u010dini suh, po\u0161kropite ga s jo\u0161 malo mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, preokretanje biskvita nije obavezno, ja ga preokrenem zato da mi ona sjajna strana biskvita ostane dolje, jer se taj tanki sloj ho\u0107e lijepiti za kreme i odvajati od ostatka biskvita, vjerojatno ste se susretali s tim nekada.<\/p>\n<p>Krema:<br \/>\n1\/2 l mlijeka<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n5 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n5 \u017elica bra\u0161na<br \/>\n200 g maslaca<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/p>\n<p>U posudi zakuhajte mlijeko.<br \/>\nU drugoj posudi dobro izradite \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom, nakon 2-3 minute miksanja dodajte malo vru\u0107eg mlijeka da se jaja temperiraju, promije\u0161ajte pa dodajte bra\u0161no i sve skupa ulijte u posudu s mlijekom. Smanjite vatru (ili nakratko maknite s vatre) i brzo mije\u0161ajte kremu pjenja\u010dom kako se ne bi zgrudala. Kuhajte kremu na laganoj vatri nekoliko minuta, dok se ne zgusne, maknite s vatre i ostavite da se ohladi.<br \/>\nPjenasto izradite maslac i \u0161taub \u0161e\u0107er pa im dodajte ohla\u0111enu kremu i sve jo\u0161 kratko miksajte da se sve fino sjedini.<br \/>\n\u017dutu kremu nanesite na ohla\u0111eni biskvit.<\/p>\n<p>Sada jo\u0161 napravite \u0161aum.<\/p>\n<p>Snijeg (\u0161aum):<br \/>\n5 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nsok 1\/2 limuna<br \/>\nmalo vode (2-3 \u017elice)<\/p>\n<p>U lon\u010di\u0107 stavite 100 g \u0161e\u0107era, dodajte vodu i stavite na vatru. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri dok ne nastane gu\u0161\u0107i sirup.<br \/>\nDok se sirup kuha bjelanjke izradite u \u010dvrst snijeg, daodajte im preostali \u0161e\u0107er (100 g), jo\u0161 mije\u0161ajte minutu-dvije. Sada sirup maknite s vatre i uz stalno miksanje ulijte ga u bjelanjke, lagano, u tankom mlazu. Bjelanjci \u0107e postati prekrasno sjajni.<br \/>\nNa kraju dodajte limunov sok i sve jo\u0161 kratko promije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nSnijeg od bjelanjaka nanesite preko \u017eute kreme.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d mo\u017eete posuti kakaom ili \u010dokoladom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro ga ohladite prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Nekada tako popularan i omiljen a ve\u0107 dugo potpuno zaboravljen.
