Prenosimo vam recept po kojem mo\u017eete jeftino i brzo napraviti doma\u0107i sir i jo\u0161 uz to dobiti oko 2 litra sirutke o \u010dijim ljekovitim svojstvima ve\u0107 i znate mnnogo toga dobrog.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>2 litra mlijeka masno\u0107e 3,2% ( preporu\u010dujemo da koristite doma\u0107e mlijeko)<br \/>\n2 limuna<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nMlijeko zagrijati do klju\u010danja ( ne smije proklju\u010dati). U vrelo mlijeko dodati sok od 2 limuna i promije\u0161ati. \u010cekati da limun djeluje, oko pola sata, te procijediti kroz gazu ili gusto cjedilo. Povezati gazu i odignuti radi lak\u0161eg cije\u0111enja.<br \/>\nSir je gotov kada sirutka prestane kapati. Sirutku mo\u017eete koristiti za pravljenje raznih poga\u010da ili kao ukusan i zdrav napitak.
