Brzo se sprema, mekano i fino iznutra, a hrskavo i zape\u010deno izvana. \u010cak i oni koji nisu ljubitelji palente pohvalili su je spremljenu na ovaj na\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>400 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n70 g maslaca<br \/>\n120 g Kukuruzne krupice Podravka<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice Vegeta Maestro Mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a mljevenog<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n100 g kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n40 g naribanog parmezana<br \/>\n2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n1 \u017elica nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice Vegeta Maestro origana<br \/>\n3 lista kora za savija\u010de<br \/>\n50 g maslaca za pr\u017eenje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nMlijeku dodajte sol i 30 g maslaca, pa stavite na vatru. Kad je mlijeko zakuhalo uspite kukuruznu krupicu i kuhajte na laganoj vatri uz neprestano mije\u0161anje 2-3 minute. Zatim dodajte mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107, promije\u0161ajte, maknite s vatre i pustite da se ohladi.<br \/>\nU hladnu palentu dodajte jaja, vrhnje, parmezan, protisnuti \u010de\u0161njak, per\u0161in i origano. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte da dobijete glatku smjesu.<br \/>\nPreostali maslac rastopite te kistom prema\u017eite listove kora za savija\u010du. Listove polo\u017eite jedan na drugi, pa po njima ravnomjerno rasporedite pripremljenu smjesu.<br \/>\nUvijte u \u010dvrstu roladu i re\u017eite na \u0161nite debljine oko 1 cm.<br \/>\nNa zagrijanom otopljenom maslacu popr\u017eite \u0161nite naglo s obje strane da se korica zape\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nPoslu\u017eite uz meso ili salate, tople ili hladne.<\/p>\n<p>Napomena<br \/>\nOd ostataka kora ja uvijek napravim neku savija\u010du, slanu ili slatku, a mogu se i zamrznuti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Ovako spremljena palenta najdra\u017ei nam je prilog uz mesna jela \u2013 barem kad je o palenti rije\u010d.
