Oblo\u017eiti ga prozirnom folijom, a po foliji posuti kokosovo bra\u0161no. Puding pomije\u0161ati sa \u0161e\u0107erom i sa 1 dl hladnog mlijeka u smjesu bez grudvica. Ostatak mlijeka zagrijavati. U vrelom mlijeku zakuhati puding uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Smaknuti sa \u0161poreta i dodati maslac te dobro promije\u0161ati. Vru\u0107 puding ravnomjerno rasporediti u pripremljen pleh i poravnati. Povr\u0161inu prekriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti na hla\u0111enje.<\/p>\n<p>-Vo\u0107ni fil\u2026Maline, \u0161e\u0107er i 3 ka\u0161ike vode zagrijavati u odgovaraju\u0107oj \u0161erpici pa usitniti vilju\u0161kom. Gustin pomije\u0161ati sa 2-3 ka\u0161ike vode u smjesu bez grudvica. U vrelim malinama zakuhati gustin dok se smjesa ne stegne. Smaknuti sa \u0161poreta i prebaciti u plasti\u010dnu poslasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160lag izmiksati u hladnom mlijeku dok se ne stegne. 1\/2 smjese prebaciti u plasti\u010dnu poslasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu. Ohla\u0111en puding iskru\u017eiti okruglim kalupom d=4.5 cm (kalup povremeno obrisati i namo\u010diti u hladnu vodu i vrlo lako \u0107ete obaviti ovaj dio posla). U tanjir na kom \u0107emo formirati tortice na dno sipati kokos. Na prvu polovinu tortice po obodu rasporediti sloj umu\u0107enog \u0161laga, a u sredini nanijeti sloj fila sa malinama. Preko staviti drugu polovinu puding tortice. Pa\u017eljivo uvaljati u kokos i prebaciti na tanjir za poslu\u017eivanje. Na isti na\u010din formirati i ostale tortice.<\/p>\n<p>Mlije\u010dnu \u010dokoladu otopiti na pari i ka\u0161i\u010dicom ravnomjerno ninijeti na svaku torticu. Dekorisati sjeckanim pistacijama i komadi\u0107ima suvih malina.
