Dobije se 6 pita ma\u0161nica.<br \/>\nPravila sam pola mere i sa sve\u017eim kvascem, dobila sam 3 pletenice-ma\u0161nice, 30 cm duge i 11 cm \u0161iroke..<br \/>\n1. Kvasac, \u0161e\u0107er i malo bra\u0161na rastopiti u mlakom mleku odvojenom od predvi\u0111ene koli\u010dine i ostaviti da zapeni i nado\u0111e. U bra\u0161no dodati so i prome\u0161ati, pa sipati narasli kvasac, ulje i jaje (umutila sam ga, pa polovinu dodala u testo, a ostatak stavila na stranu da prema\u017eem pitu pred pe\u010denje). Mlakim mlekom zamesiti testo. Pokriti ga i ostaviti da naraste.<\/p>\n<p>2. Naraslo testo rastanjiti u veliku pravougaonu koru i odozgo narendati hladan puter. Uviti testo u rolat. Odmah sam ga podelila na tri dela (pravila sam pola mere!) stavila u pleh na silikonsku podlogu, pa u veliku najlon kesu, vezala krajeve da se testo ne su\u0161i i ostavila na hladno. (U originalnom receptu se testo jo\u0161 smota u krug, a deli se na 6 manjih delova tek posle odmaranja u fri\u017eideru.)<\/p>\n<p>3. Dok se testo odmara pripremiti slani ili slatki nadev (mera je za jednu pitu):<br \/>\n180 gr sira izgnje\u010diti vilju\u0161kom, dodati 1 jaje i 5-6 seckanih listova blitve i sve dobro prome\u0161ati\u2026 ili<br \/>\n250 gr tre\u0161anja prepoloviti (ili drugo vo\u0107e po \u017eelji usitniti), sipati u \u010diniju i dodati im 2-3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era, vanil-\u0161e\u0107er i 2 ka\u0161ike gustina, pa sve dobro ka\u0161ikom izme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>4. Odmoreno testo rastanjiti u pravougaonik i po sredini staviti nadev.<br \/>\nO\u0161trim no\u017eem sa obe strane se\u0107i testo na 1 cm debljine.<br \/>\nKrajeve testa preklopiti preko nadeva, pa prstima vezivati trakice u ma\u0161nice.<br \/>\n5. Kod slatke pite paziti da sav nadev bude fino u\u0161u\u0161kan u testo i da ne curi (meni je iz jedne malo \u201cpobegao\u201d rastopljeni \u0161e\u0107er)..<br \/>\n6. Pitu prebaciti u pleh i premazati umu\u0107enim jajetom (u originalu se u jaje doda i ulje, ja sam ga zaboravila). Rernu zagrejati na 180\u00b0C, za to vreme \u0107e pita u plehu lepo da naraste.<\/p>\n<p>7. Ubaciti pitu u zagrejanu rernu i pe\u0107i oko 30 minuta, odnosno dok lepo ne porumeni. Pe\u010denu pitu malo prohladiti, se\u0107i na par\u010dad i navaliti!<br \/>\n8.
