Isjeci najlonsku carapu na komade 10\u00d710 cm. Staviti listic na bijelo jaje, prekriti ga sa komadom carape, ZATEGNUTI carapu preko jajeta, zavrnuti carapu i svezati CVRSTO komadicem konca. Kada je pripremljeno ostatke carape odsjeci makazama. Sloziti trecinu lukovine na dno lonca, na nju poslagati 10 pripremljenih jaja, staviti drugu trecinu lukovine, ponovo sloziti jaja i pokriti sa ostatkom lukovine.<\/p>\n<p>Naliti hladnu vodu 4 prsta iznad lukovine, dodati sol i sirce (ocat) i staviti kuhati. Ocat i sol sluze da jaja ne popucaju! Kada prokuha smaniti vatru i kuhati 15 minuta, iskljuciti vatru i ostaviti u lukovini pola sata. Poslije toga izvaditi jaja, staviti u hladnu vodu (da se lakse gule) i kada se ohlade makazama odrezati cvor od carape i ostaviti jaja da se osuse. Namazati ruke uljem ili mascu i protrljati svako jaje rukama. Zastita sa mascu sluzi da se dobije sjaj i da se jaje konzervira.
