{"id":18127,"date":"2023-04-02T11:38:06","date_gmt":"2023-04-02T10:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=18127"},"modified":"2023-04-02T11:38:39","modified_gmt":"2023-04-02T10:38:39","slug":"sladoled-torta-sa-jagodama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=18127","title":{"rendered":"Sladoled Torta Sa Jagodama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa biskvit:<br \/>\n4 belanca<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n200 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1\/2 kesice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n80 ml vode<br \/>\n80 ml ulja<br \/>\npar ka\u0161ika mleka za prelivanje<\/p>\n<p>Za krem:<br \/>\n4 \u017eumanca<br \/>\n2 pudinga od vanile<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika gustina<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n600 ml mleka<br \/>\n150 g margarina<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n150 ml slatke pavlake<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\n500 g sve\u017eih jagoda<br \/>\nZa dekoraciju:<br \/>\n350 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\njagode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Biskvit:<br \/>\nU jednoj posudi pome\u0161ajte 100 g \u0161e\u0107era, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, vodu i ulje i kratko izmutite mikserom. Dodajte bra\u0161no pome\u0161ano sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i sve dobro izmutite mikserom dok se lepo ne sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>U drugoj posudi umutite belanca sa prstohvatom soli postepeno dodavaju\u0107i preostali \u0161e\u0107er (100 g), dok ne dobijete \u010dvrst sneg. Ovaj sneg od belanaca ka\u0161ikom dodajte u prethodnu smesu i sve lepo sjedinite \u0161patulom, vrlo pa\u017eljivo me\u0161aju\u0107i da ne izlomite sneg.<\/p>\n<p>Smesu za biskvit sipajte u okrugli kalup pre\u010dnika 26 cm, prethodno oblo\u017een pek papirom i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj pe\u0107nici na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta dok ne dobije lepu zlatno \u017eutu boju.<\/p>\n<p>Krem:<\/p>\n<p>Izmutite mikserom \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodajte pra\u0161ak za puding, ka\u0161iku gustina i oko 2 dcl mleka od onih 600 ml, pa sve to dobro prome\u0161ajte. Preostalo mleko stavite na \u0161poret da proklju\u010da pa ulijte puding sa \u017eumancima i kuvajte dok se krema ne zgusne. Skuvan krem prekrijte folijom da se ne stvori korica i ohladite do sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Mikserom izradite margarin sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i dodajte u ohla\u0111en krem pa dobro penasto izmutite mikserom. Izmutite i 150 ml slatke pavlake i ka\u0161ikom dodajte u krem, i vrlo laganim pokretima prome\u0161ajte dok se sve ne sjedini. (nikako mikserom)<\/p>\n<p>Ohla\u0111en biskvit stavite na odgovaraju\u0107i tanjir, prelijte ga sa par ka\u0161ika mleka svugde ravnomerno, pa nanesite polovinu kreme. Zatim na krem posla\u017eite oprane jagode ise\u010dene na polovine.
