Dodati prstohvat soli, pola kasicice secera, na vrh noza praska za pecivo i ulje i promesati. Postepeno dodavati brasno i mutiti mikserom. Palacinke peci u grejanom teflonskom tiganju. Za ovu meru potrebno Vam je 12 palacinki. Pekla sam ih u tiganju precnika 28cm. Svaku palacinku posuti sa jednom kasikom mlevenih oraha i sa jednom kasikom secera.<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nPalacinke urolovati i staviti red u keramicku, vatrostalnu ili neku drugu dublju tepsiju za pecenje. ja uvek koristim tepsijice koje su 28 cm duzine kako bi stavila tacno jednu palacinku po duzini i redjala jednu do druge. Stavite polovinu palacinki na dno.<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nPotomih pospite sa tri kasike oraha i tri kasike secera.<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nStavite drugu polovinu urolovanih palacinki i opet pospite sa tri kasike secera i tri kasike oraha. Zalijte mlekom i ostavite da malo upiju.<\/p>\n<p>5.<br \/>\nPecite 15ak minuta na temperaturi od 200C. Samo da malo porumene, koliko da se zapeku odozgore.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<br \/>\nPredivne su vruce, ali ja ih obozavam sutradan, secem ih kao tortu. Ovo je mera za 12 palacinki, naravno mozete i vise.
