Ne odnosi se to samo na klasi\u010dne prelome zbog kojih pacijent odlazi kod ortopeda i dobija gips, ve\u0107 i na mikroskopski tanke frakture koje mogu \u201cnapasti\u201d kosti udova i ki\u010dmu.<\/p>\n<p>Zato se savjetuje boravak od najmanje dvaput dnevno po 15 minuta na suncu ili uzimanje suplemenata vitamina D u dogovoru sa lekarom.
