Za crni biskvit izmiksajte bjelanjke \u010dvrsto sa \u0161e\u0107erom pa dodajte jedan po jedan \u017eumanjak i na kraju prosijani kakao sa bra\u0161nom i pra\u0161kom tak\u0111er lagano umje\u0161ajte sa \u017elicom. U kalup veli\u010dine otprilike 25\u00d735 stavite pek papir. Stavite jednu \u017elicu bijele smjese pa do nje \u017elicu crne i tako tok ne popunite pravi red. Drugi red sla\u017eite obrnuto, na bijeli biskvit stavite crni a na crni bijelu smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmite neku duga\u010dku iglu i lagno i\u0161arajte gornji dio. Pecite na 180 stupnjeva oko 35-40 min. Biskvit naopako okrenite na drugi papir i pri\u010dekajte da se dobro ohladi. Izre\u017eite na tri dijela. Za kremu izmje\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke i bra\u0161no sa 4 dcl mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka zakuhajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom pa kad po\u010dne kuhati dodajte dio sa \u017eumanjcima i mje\u0161ajte dok se ne zgusne. Kad se ohladi dodajte dobro izmiksani maslac \u017elicu po \u017elicu dok se dobro ne izmje\u0161a. Kremu podjelite na dva dijela pa nama\u017eite biskvite.
