{"id":17888,"date":"2023-03-20T11:50:29","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T10:50:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=17888"},"modified":"2023-03-20T11:50:29","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T10:50:29","slug":"sladoled-torta-idealna-za-tople-dane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=17888","title":{"rendered":"Sladoled Torta, Idealna Za Tople Dane!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa kore:<br \/>\n18 belanaca<br \/>\n16 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n16 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\n18 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n350 g \u0161e\u0107era kristala<br \/>\n250 g maslaca<\/p>\n<p>Za prelivanje kora:<br \/>\n2,5 dl mleka<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era kristala<br \/>\n5 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Za \u0161lag:<br \/>\n300 g \u0161laga u prahu<br \/>\n2-2,5 dl hladne vode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nPripremiti 3 komada pek-papira, ne\u0161to ve\u0107ih dimenzija od veli\u010dine pleha 35\u00d725 cm. Na papir staviti pleh navedenih dimenzija i grafitnom olovkom iscrtati konture po pek papiru. Svaki papir okrenuti na drugu stranu, tako da grafitni trag ostane sa donje strane, a na gornju stranu \u0107e se sipati masa za koru.<\/p>\n<p>Odvojiti belanca od \u017eumanaca \u2013 belanca u posudu za mu\u0107enje, a \u017eumanca odmah stavljati u lon\u010di\u0107 sa duplim dnom za kuvanje fila na pari.<br \/>\n\u017dumancima dodati \u0161e\u0107er i malo umutiti mikserom, da \u017eumanca pobele.<br \/>\nStaviti odmah da se fil kuva i povremeno me\u0161ati varja\u010dom. Kuvati fil na pari oko 10-12 minuta na umerenoj temperaturi. Prekriti prozirnom folijom da se ne uhvati korica po vrhu i ostaviti da se ohladi, uz povremeno me\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Umutiti \u010dvrst sneg od belanaca, dodavati ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era i sve dobro umutiti.<br \/>\nIsklju\u010diti mikser i dodati bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, pa laganim pokretima varja\u010dom sve izjedna\u010diti.<br \/>\nMasu ravnomerno raspore\u0111ivati na pek papire lopaticom do iscrtanih kontura.<\/p>\n<p>Na prevrnut pleh ve\u0107ih dimenzija pa\u017eljivo prevu\u0107i prvi pek papir sa razvu\u010denom masom i pe\u0107i jednu po jednu koru, oko 4 minuta na 160 \u2019C.<br \/>\nPa\u017eljivo skinuti pek papir sa prohla\u0111enih kora i ponovo ga iskoristiti za pe\u010denje slede\u0107ih kora. Od ove mase ispekla sam 7 korica.<br \/>\nPenasto umutiti maslac sobne temperature, pa mu postepeno dodavati ohla\u0111en fil od \u017eumanaca, uz mu\u0107enje i dodavanje fila, dok se sve dobro ne sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Mleko sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom zagrejati do vrenja.
