Ne pe\u010de se, brzo se priprema a potrebne sastojke sigurno uvek imate u ku\u0107i."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Volim kada isprobam neki novi kola\u010d, odu\u0161evim se ukusom i zatra\u017eim recept,  a onda se ispostavi da je u pitanju jeftin i veoma jednostavan desert :)) Ovaj aromati\u010dni kola\u010d sam jela na moru i mnogo mi se dopao. Za ljubitelje orijentalnih, slatkih i pomalo vla\u017enih poslastica, prava stvar! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SASTOJCI<br>\n50 gr maslaca<br>\n50 ml ulja<br>\n200 gr p\u0161eni\u010dnog griza<br>\n400 ml vode<br>\n300 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br>\n1 kesica (10 gr) vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10 gr cimeta*<br>\nZA \u010cOKOLADNU GLAZURU<br>\n100 gr \u010dokolade<br>\n30 gr maslaca<br>\n50 ml mleka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PRIPREMA<br>\n1.<br>\nU jednu \u0161erpu staviti vodu, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i cimet. Staviti na \u0161poret na laganu vatru da se kuva, a kad po\u010dne da vri ostaviti 5 minuta pa skloniti sa vatre.<br>\n2.<br>\nU drugu \u0161erpu staviti maslac i ulje, pa na laganu vatru, a kada se istope i ugreju, staviti griz, stalno dobro me\u0161ati \u017eicom ili varja\u010dom dok griz ne dobije \u017eu\u0107kastu boju, pazite da ne zagori.<br>\n3.<br>\nKada dobije boju, dodati \u0161erbet iz prve \u0161erpe, dobro prome\u0161ati da se sjedini i kuvati sve zajedno na laganoj vatri jo\u0161 dve, tri minute da se lepo pove\u017ee.<br>\nIzliti u manji pleh (20&#215;25) a kada se prohladi staviti \u010dokoladnu glazuru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kod ovakvih, nepe\u010denih kola\u010da, pleh se mo\u017ee premazati mrvicom ulja, pa \u0107e se kola\u010di prilikom se\u010denja i serviranja lak\u0161e vaditi iz pleha \ud83d\ude42<br>\n4.<br>\nZa \u010dokoladnu glazuru, u \u010dinijicu staviti \u010dokoladu izlomljenu na kockice, maslac i mleko pa otopiti u mikrotalasnoj ili na pari (ja stavim na manju \u0161erpicu sa vodom pa sve na laganu vatru i me\u0161am dok se lepo ne sjedini). Kada se glazura prohladi, preliti preko kola\u010da.<br>\nOstaviti da se dobro ohladi, najbolje da preno\u0107i u fri\u017eideru.<\/li><li>U originalni recept je i\u0161lo 20 gr cimeta, meni se to u\u010dinilo kao previ\u0161e pa sam stavila 10 gr i to je sasvim dovoljno.<\/li><li>Mo\u017ee se staviti klasi\u010dna \u010dokoladna glazura, tako \u0161to se otopi 100 gr \u010dokolade i 3 ka\u0161ike ulja, ali ja za kola\u010de ovakvog tipa, koji se serviraju sa vilju\u0161kicom \ud83d\ude09 vi\u0161e volim ovakvu, mek\u0161u \u010dokoladnu glazuru<br>\nPoslu\u017eivanje<br>\nOvo je kola\u010d koji stajanjem postaje jo\u0161 bolji jer ostaje vla\u017ean i posle nekoliko dana.
