Glavna tajna je u sodi bikarboni \u2013 samo mala koli\u010dina \u0107e doprinijeti da i dan poslije u\u017eivate u omiljenoj poslastici.<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161 jedan trik pomo\u0107u kog \u0107e pala\u010dinke i sutradan biti meke i svje\u017ee odnosi se na posudu u kojoj \u0107ete ih \u010duvati.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nSlane pala\u010dinke, Pala\u010dinke<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n250 ml vode<br \/>\n200 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n1\/4 ka\u0161i\u010dice sode bikarbone<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike ulja<\/p>\n<p>Ulje za premazivanje tiganja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nSve te\u010dne sastojke sjedinite, pa dodajte bra\u0161no, so i sodu bikarbonu. Smjesu dobro umutite tako da nema grudvica. Dodajte na kraju ulje, pa ponovo sve izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Tiganj za pala\u010dinke zagrijte na maksimalnoj temepraturi, a onda je smanjite malo (7 od 9 podeoka). Pecite pala\u010dinke, re\u0111ajte ih jednu na drugu, a sud na kome su gotove pala\u010dinke poklopite.
