Ako niste iskusna doma\u0107ica ili nemate vremena za komplikovane kola\u010de, pripremite i ovajsa orasima koji spada u najlep\u0161e i najjednostavnije za pripremu.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Za koru:<br \/>\n3 jajeta<br \/>\n10 g vanilin \u0161ec\u0301era<br \/>\n120 g \u0161ec\u0301era<br \/>\n120 ml mleka + 100 ml<br \/>\n120 ml ulja<br \/>\n200 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n12 g pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n60 g oraha<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<\/p>\n<p>800 ml mleka<br \/>\n2 \u017eumanceta<br \/>\n20 g vanilin \u0161ec\u0301era<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161ec\u0301era<br \/>\n4 ka\u0161ike kukuruznog skroba<br \/>\n40 g ka\u0161ike putera<br \/>\n60 g bele \u010dokolade<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Umutite jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Zatim sipajte mleko (120 ml) i ulje, pa sjedinite mikserom. Dodajte bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, prome\u0161ajte, pa dodajte i orahe. Sipajte u pleh oblo\u017een pek papirom i lepo poravnajte. Pecite na 180\u00b0C oko 25 minuta. Isecite po sredini i napravite 2 jednaka pravougaonika. Vi\u0161ak testa usitnite i ostavite sa strane za dekoraciju. Preko jednog testa stavite obru\u010d i prelijte mlekom (50 ml).<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\nU \u0161erpu sipajte mleko, \u017eumanca, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, \u0161e\u0107er, skrob i kuvajte dok se ne zgusne, neprestano me\u0161aju\u0107i. Zatim sklonite sa \u0161poreta, pa dodajte puter i belu \u010dokoladu i me\u0161ajte dok se ne otopi. Pola fila prema\u017eite preko kore, a zatim stavite drugu polovinu kore. Prelijte mlekom (50 ml) i onda prema\u017eite preostali fil, a ukrasite mlevenom korom koju ste ostavili sa strane.
