U\u017eivajte u aromi vanile, grilija\u0161a i oraha!<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nKore: (mere za jednu koru, pe\u0107i dve ovakve)<br \/>\n5 kom belanaca<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 gr mlevenih oraha<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na<\/p>\n<p>Fil 1:<br \/>\n10 kom \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n8 (punih) ka\u0161ika gustina<br \/>\n600 ml mleka<br \/>\n250 gr putera<br \/>\n5 ka\u0161ika prah \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\naroma vanile<\/p>\n<p>Fil 2:<br \/>\n300 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 gr rezge oraha<br \/>\n300 ml slatke pavlake<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Kore:<br \/>\nUmutiti \u010dvrst sneg od belanaca, potom dodati \u0161e\u0107er. Lagano me\u0161aju\u0107i dodati bra\u0161no i orahe.<br \/>\nMasu sipati u plehu koji je prethodno podmazan i posut bra\u0161nom. Pe\u0107i u zagrejanoj rerni na oko 180 stepeni dok se kora lagano ne odvoji od ivica pleha.<br \/>\nPe\u0107i ovakve dve kore.<br \/>\nJa sam pekla u plehu pre\u010dnika 28 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Fil :<br \/>\nSipati 400ml mleka u \u0161erpu, tome dodati \u0161e\u0107er pa sve staviti na \u0161poret da provri.<br \/>\nPosebno umutiti 200 ml mleka sa \u017eumancima i gustinom. Vodite ra\u010duna da vam se ne stvore grudvice.<br \/>\nKada mleko provri dodati masu od mleka, \u017eumanaca i gustina. Sve zajedno prokuvati, neprekidno me\u0161aju\u0107i dok se masa ne zgusne. Ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nPosebno umutiti maslac sa prah \u0161e\u0107erom. Kada je fil hladan sjediniti ga sa umu\u0107enim maslacem. Na kraju dodati aromu vanile.<\/p>\n<p>Fil :<br \/>\n\u0160e\u0107er staviti u \u0161erpu, lagano ga istopiti me\u0161aju\u0107i da se ne bi zapalio. Kada je \u0161e\u0107er skroz istopljen u njega dodati rezge oraha. Sve izliti na pek papir i ostaviti da se ohladi.<br \/>\nKada je masa ohla\u0111enja samleti je (ja sam je samlela u secku) ili je usitniti tu\u010dkom.<br \/>\nUmutiti slatku pavlaku. Vodite ra\u010duna da je ne umutite previ\u0161e. Ako je previ\u0161e umutite dodajte malo mleka oko 1dl tako da masa bude kremasta i lagana za mazanje.<br \/>\nOdvojte malo grilija\u0161a za posipanje preko torte, oko 3-4 ka\u0161ike.<br \/>\nU slatku pavlaku dodajte izmrvljeni grilija\u0161.<br \/>\nUmesto slatke pavlake mo\u017eete koristiti i \u0161lag.<\/p>\n<p>Tortu filovati kora-fil 1- fil 2- kora- fil 1- fil 2.
