Ovaj recept se od drugih razlikuje zbog toga \u0161to vam za njega ne treba kondenzovano mlijeko, koje je prili\u010dno te\u0161ko na\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\nZa koru:<br \/>\n6 jaja<br \/>\n200 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n300 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n200 g griza<br \/>\npra\u0161ak ze pecivo<br \/>\nvanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<\/p>\n<p>Za preliv:<br \/>\n1 l slatke pavlake<br \/>\n500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n150 g mlijeka u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Za karamel:<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 ml slatke pavlake<br \/>\n80 g putera<br \/>\nmalo soli<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Odvojite bjelanca od \u017eumanaca, pa bjelanca mutite da dobijete \u010dvrst snijeg u koji ste dodali i prstohvat soli. Dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i \u0161e\u0107er konstantno mje\u0161aju\u0107i. Kada dobijete \u0161lag dodajte jedno po jedno \u017eumance, bra\u0161no, griz i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, pa sve zajedno umutite da dobijete glatku smjesu. Izru\u010dite u pleh koji ste prethodno oblo\u017eili pek papirom. Pecite na 200 C oko pola sata. U \u0161erpu sipajte 300 ml mlijeka i u njega dodajte mleko u prahu i slatku pavlaku, potom sve dobro umutite. Kada je kola\u010d pe\u010den izvadite ga na krpu i probu\u0161ite vilju\u0161kom na par mjesta.<\/p>\n<p>Umu\u0107enu smjesu od mlijeka sipajte u pleh i vratite kola\u010d unutra. Preostalih 200 ml mlijeka prelijte odozgo preko kola\u010da. Za karamel preliv u \u0161erpu stavite \u0161e\u0107er, pa zagrijevajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne rastopi. U drugoj posudi zagrevajte slatku pavlaku, pa kada proklju\u010da skinite je sa vatre. Kada se \u0161e\u0107er otopi, sklonite \u0161erpu sa vatre i ulijte zagrijanu slatku pavlaku u tankom mlazu, sve vrijeme mute\u0107i \u017eicom. Onda dodajte puter i prstohvat soli, sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte, pa kada je povr\u0161ina kola\u010da upila mlijeko prelijte preko.
