Dodajte im rikotu (krem sir), prezle, parmezan, jaje, za\u010dine po \u017eelji i dobro prome\u0161ajte. Pleh oblo\u017eite pek papirom, oblikujte loptice i od smese i re\u0111ajte na pleh. Pecite na 200\u00b0C oko 30 minuta. Pirina\u010d operite, a crni luk iseckajte. Propr\u017eite luk na ulju, pa dodajte rendanu \u0161argarepu, kao i oprani pirina\u010d. Nalijte vodom, pa poklopite i kuvajte na niskoj temepraturi nekih 25 minuta.<br \/>\nGr\u010dki jogurt, majonez, mleveni beli luk i seckanu mir\u0111iju prome\u0161ajte.
