Pijte 2-3 \u0161alice \u010daja dnevno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lovorov sirup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pripremite 6 svje\u017eih ili 8 suhih listova lovora, 2,5 dcl vode, 6 \u017elica sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era ili meda, sok 1 limuna.<\/p>\n<p>Zakuhajte vodu, a kada zavrije, dodajte lovorovo li\u0161\u0107e i poklopljeno kuhajte 6-10 minuta. Izvadite lovor, a teku\u0107inu prelijte u drugu posudu.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0107er (ili med) i iscijedite limun. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er (ili med) posve ne otopi.<\/p>\n<p>Uzimajte 1-3 \u017eli\u010dice sirupa dnevno (mo\u017ee se uzimati hladan ili topao).<\/p>\n<p>Lovorov sirup \u010duvajte u hladnjaku, u staklenoj bo\u010dici.
