Bez ove poslastice te\u0161ko je bilo zamisliti nedeljni ru\u010dak, naro\u010dito u vojvo\u0111anskim krajevima.<\/p>\n<p>Za tijesto:<br \/>\n250 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n500 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\npola pakovanja svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 \u017eumanca<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n60 g masti<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\n125 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n300 g mljevenog maka<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Za premazivanje:<br \/>\n1 jaje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Stavite mlijeko da se smla\u010di, pa skinite posudu sa vatre, dodajte supenu ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era, izdrobljen svje\u017e kvasac i malo bra\u0161na i ostavite da se kvasac aktivira. U drugoj posudi umutite dva \u017eumanca vilju\u0161kom, pa ih dodajte aktiviranom kvascu. Promije\u0161ajte i sipajte u vanglu u koju ste stavili bra\u0161no i malo soli. Testo dobro izradite rukama, pa ga prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu povr\u0161inu da narasta dok pripremite fil. Stavite mlijeko da provri, pa dodajte mljeveni mak i \u0161e\u0107er. Zakuhajte fil, skinite \u0161erpu sa ringle i ostavite fil da se prohladi. Za to vrijeme tijesto podijelite ga na tri dela. Svaki dio razvucite oklagijom u pravougaonik, prema\u017eite ma\u0161\u0107u ili puterom, pa bogato nafilujte pripremljenim filom od maka i zarolajte \u0161trudle. Redajte ih u podmazanu tepsiju i svaku prema\u017eite umu\u0107enim jajetom.
