Dodajte 100 ml ulja i 200 g Brzo i Fino kiselog vrhnja te promije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nPosebno pomije\u0161ajte 200 ml toplog mlijeka, instant suhi kvasac i veliku \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era te ulijte u gotovu smjesu. Zamijesite u glatko tijesto, podijelite na 4 dijela i razvaljajte na 1\/2 cm debljine. Nare\u017eite na trokuti\u0107e i oblikujte u kiflice. Zagrijete pe\u0107nicu na 180\u00b0 C. Kiflice sla\u017eite na nama\u0161\u0107en lim i ostavite u kuhinji na toplome 10-15 min. Prema\u017eite \u017eumanjkom i po \u017eelji pospite sezamom, kimom ili makom.
