Poslije mesec dana konzumiranja ovog koktela, lako \u0107ete izgubiti 3-5 kilograma suvi\u0161e te\u017eine, a najve\u0107i dio oko stomaka! Prelijte sa malo kipu\u0107e vode (100ml) suhe \u0161ljive. Poklopite i ostavite na 5-10 minuta. Za to vrijeme u \u010diniju staviti ovsene pahuljice, samljeveno laneno sjeme i kakao. Preliti kefirom ili jogurtom i dobro sve izmije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Nabrekle \u0161ljive sitno isjeckajte (mo\u017eete u blenderu do stanja \u201epirea\u201c ili u super sjecku, ili ru\u010dno) i dodajte u prethodnu smjesu. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte i ostavite u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>Ujutro izvadite iz fri\u017eidera i u\u017eivajte u svom zdravom i ukusnom doru\u010dku. Rezultati \u0107e ubrzo biti vidljivi. Prvih dana mo\u017eete imati \u201ezanimljive\u201c osje\u0107aje u stomaku, ali to \u0107e pro\u0107i.
