{"id":16830,"date":"2022-12-27T15:31:35","date_gmt":"2022-12-27T14:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=16830"},"modified":"2022-12-27T15:31:35","modified_gmt":"2022-12-27T14:31:35","slug":"slana-rolada-od-gaudegotova-za-tili-cas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=16830","title":{"rendered":"SLANA ROLADA OD GAUDE\u2026Gotova za tili \u010das"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pravila sam ovaj rolat nekoliko puta do sada, i kad god bih ga iznela na sto, gosti su bili odu\u0161evljeni njegovim izgledom, a ve\u0107 posle par zalogaja i ukusom&#8230; Recept sam na\u0161la ovde&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na ovoj slici je dupla mera, zna\u010di, od jedne se dobije dvadesetak rolati\u0107a&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Za jedan rolat je potrebno:<br \/>\n&#8211; 9 ili 12 kri\u0161ki malo deblje, mesoreznicom se\u010dene gaude<br \/>\n&#8211; peki papir<br \/>\n&#8211; dve veze blitve<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 gr krem sira<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 skuvana i iseckana \u0161argarepa<br \/>\n&#8211; \u0161aka skuvanog gra\u0161ka<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 skuvana i iseckana jaja<\/p>\n<p>Najpre je potrebno pripremiti blitvu, o\u010distiti je od \u017eila, oprati, provu\u0107i kroz klju\u010dalu vodu, i odmah odlagati na dupli kuhinjski ubrus, da se osu\u0161i od vode.<br \/>\n\u0160argarepu, gra\u0161ak i jaja staviti u zasebne \u010dinijice.<\/p>\n<p>Kora od gaude pravi se tako \u0161to se na veliki pleh iz rerne stavi peki papir, pa se na njega slo\u017ee listovi sira, u formu 3 x 3, ili 3 x 4 komada, paze\u0107i da se sve ivice malko preklope (vidi se na slici).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16832 size-mh-magazine-lite-content\" src=\"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/322379600_1235335177394193_3826084766344466196_n-678x381.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Staviti pleh u rernu zagrejanu na 160 stepeni, ali, bukvalno samo na par minuta, 5, 6&#8230;. To \u0107e biti sasvim dovoljno da sir omek\u0161a, i da se ivice sira zalepe jedna za drugu. Izvaditi pleh iz rerne, i ostaviti da se sir ohladi. Ja povu\u010dem papir sa pleha, direktno na sto, i za desetak minuta je hladno, i spremno za filovanje.<\/p>\n<p>Na sir slagati listove blitve. Umotati ga u stre\u010d foliju, i staviti u fri\u017eider, da preno\u0107i.
