Upotrebljavaju se za pravljenje bliskoisto\u010dnog deserta, a pored baklave i knafeha, najpopularniji je desert u Turskoj. <\/p>\n<p>Svako je probao ovu poslasticu ka\u017ee da je ukus fenomenalan, zato vam donosimo originalni recept za tradicionalni turski kadaif.<\/p>\n<p>Neophodne namirnice za ovu orijentalnu poslasticu:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 kg oraha<br \/>\n6 jaja<br \/>\n750 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n250 ml ulja<br \/>\n250 g suhog gro\u017e\u0111a<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<\/p>\n<p>Kako se pravi:<\/p>\n<p>Prvo napravite \u010detiri velike kore kao za rezance. Na dasku stavite prosejano bra\u0161no, u bra\u0161nu napravite udubljenje, pa razbijte 6 jaja, dodajte malo soli i zamesite testo sa \u0161to manje vode. Od tijesta razvucite oklagijom 4 kore, prosu\u0161ite ih, pa ih isecite na \u0161to tanje rezance i ostavite da se osu\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko imate ma\u0161inu za rezance, tim bolje \u2013 bi\u0107e tanji, a samim tim \u0107e i kola\u010d biti hrskaviji. Za to vreme pome\u0161ajte suvo gro\u017e\u0111e i orahe. Jednom polovinom ulja nama\u017eite pleh, pa na dno pleha stavite rezance, zalijte ih ostatkom ulja, a zatim sipajte mljevene orahe sa suvim gro\u017e\u0111em i 250 g kristal \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>Preko nadjeva opet stavite rezance, pa nadev i tako re\u0111ajte rezance i nadev dok ne popunite pleh. Posljednji red bi trebalo da budu rezanci. Pitu prelijte vrelom ma\u0161\u0107u, pa je isjecite na komade. Stavite pitu u rernu da se pe\u010de na 180 C, a dok se pita pe\u010de pripremite sirup.
