U smjesu dodajte mlijeko i sodu bikarbonu. Zatim brasno prosijte i lagano mijesajuci rukom zamjesite tijesto. Tijesto treba da bude srednje tvrdo. Tijesto razviti oklagijom na debljinu 0,5 cm i izrezati oblike po vasoj zelji. Slazite u nauljenu tepsiju te premazite sa bjelancem. Pospite sa susamom te ih pecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 250 stepeni.
