Odvojiti belanca od \u017eumanaca i staviti ih u dublju \u010diniju. U drugu dublju \u010diniju staviti \u017eumanca, maslac,\u0161e\u0107er, mleko, rendanu limunovu koricu i par ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na i izmiksirati. Dodati ostatak bra\u0161na i izmiksirati. Dobi\u0107ete gusto, pomalo lepljivo testo i nikako ne treba da se dodaje vi\u0161e bra\u0161na da kora posle ne bi bila tvrda.<\/p>\n<p>Kalup za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eiti pek papirom. Moj kalup je veli\u010dine 26 cm, mo\u017ee i ve\u0107i, nikako manji da kora ne bi bila debela jer \u0107e prilikom pe\u010denja jo\u0161 malo da naraste. Usuti testo u kalup, na pek papir, pa ga vla\u017enom ka\u0161ikom rasporediti i lepo utapkati. Staviti u rernu na gornju re\u0161etku da se pe\u010de 10 minuta na 180 stepeni, samo da uhvati koricu.<br \/>\nZa to vreme, pekmez od kajsija ugrejati ukoliko je gust, kako bi se lak\u0161e rasporedio po kori. Belanca umutiti u \u010dvrst sneg, dodaju\u0107i sok od limuna i \u0161e\u0107er. Mutiti oko 5 minuta na najja\u010doj brzini.<\/p>\n<p>Izvaditi polupe\u010denu koru, preko nje naneti pekmez, posuti ga sa sa vi\u0161e od polovine mlevenih oraha i onda preko toga naneti \u0161ne tako \u0161to se stavlja u gomilicama a ne sve odjednom jer bi u protivnom prilikom razmazivanja \u201cpodigao\u201d mlevene orahe sa pekmeza. Dakle, ravnomerno naneti \u0161ne a onda ga ka\u0161ikom tapkati da se dobije razbaru\u0161en izgled. Pa posuti ostatkom mlevenih oraha.<\/p>\n<p>Temperaturu pe\u010denja smanjiti na 120 stepeni (moja rerna je prili\u010dno jaka, sa ventilatorom) i vratiti kola\u010d da se dope\u010de, odnosno da se \u0161am polako osu\u0161i, jo\u0161 20-30 minuta. Gotov je kada \u0161ne i orasi dobiju rumenu boju.<br \/>\nKola\u010d ostaviti da se ohladi u otvorenoj rerni. Mo\u017ee se servirati i topao, \u010dak je tako i ukusniji ili sa\u010dekajte da se ohladi, lep\u0161e se se\u010de \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je jedan od onih jednostavnih, jeftinih kola\u010da za svaki dan za koji sigurno uvek imate sve sastojke u ku\u0107i.
