U jednu \u010diniju umute se jaja sve dok ne budu blago pjenasta i u njih se dodaje ulje i jogurt, a zatim se smjesa dobro umijesi sa mikserom. Nakon dobijanja homogene smjese dodaje se bra\u0161no i palenta sa ka\u0161i\u010dicom soli i sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo.<\/p>\n<p>Preporu\u010dljivo je koristiti bez glutensko bra\u0161no u tom slu\u010daju. Kada se svi sastojci dobro promije\u0161aju i izjedna\u010de dodaje se sitan izmrvljen sir. U modlice ili u ve\u0107i pleh sipa se smjesa koja je prethodno namazana sa malo ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Projice se peku na 190 stepeni sve dok ne porumene, a mo\u017ee se i \u010da\u010dkalicom provjeriti da li su dovoljno pe\u010dene. Ukoliko \u010da\u010dkalica koja je ubodena u projicu ostane suha, to je znak da su dovoljno boravile u rerni i mogu se izvaditi da odstoje na sobnoj temperaturi pet minuta prije konzumiranja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Osim sprije\u010davanja brojnih bolesti, ovaj obrok je i izuzetno ukusan!
