Isprobajte jo\u0161 br\u017ei i prakti\u010dniji na\u010din uvijanja uz pomo\u0107 \u0161olje.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\n1 glavica kupusa<br \/>\n1 \u010da\u0161a mlijeka<br \/>\nVruc\u0301a voda<\/p>\n<p>Za fil:<br \/>\n2 \u0161olje pirin\u010da<br \/>\n300 g mesa<br \/>\n1 glavica crnog luka<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike paradajz paste<br \/>\nso, per\u0161un<br \/>\n2 \u010da\u0161e vode<\/p>\n<p>Za sos:<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika putera<br \/>\n1 paprika<br \/>\n1 \u0161argarepa<br \/>\n1 paradajz<br \/>\n2 \u010dena bijelog luka<br \/>\nso<br \/>\n3 \u010da\u0161e vode<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Glavici kupusa odstranite korijen,stavite u \u0161erpu sa vodom i u tu rupu sipajte mlijeko. Kuhajte dok ne omek\u0161a. Za to vrijeme pripremite sos tako \u0161to \u0107ete u tiganju propr\u017eiti luk i mljeveno meso, dodajte potop pirina\u010d i sipajte vodu. Kada se pirina\u010d skuva za\u010dinite i dodajte paradajz pastu. Ostavite da se malo prohladi. Gotovom kupusu odstranite listove. uzmite list kupusa, stavite u veliku \u0161olju tako da malo viri sa rubova. Stavite ka\u0161iku-dve fila zavisno od veli\u010dine lista. Poklopite dijelovima listova koji vire preko \u0161olje. Okrenite napako i istresite u vatrostalnu posudu. Tako uradite sa preostalim filom i kupusom. Napravite sos: Papriku, paradajz i \u0161argarepu isjeckajte i stavite u \u0161erpu. malo propr\u017eite na puteru papPrelijte vodom, dodajte bijeli luk i kuhajte dok ne omek\u0161a. Na kraju izblendajte \u0161tapnim mikserom, posolite i prelijte preko paprika.
