Ni jedna joj nije ravna\u2026<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci <br> krema<br> 6 jaja<br> 1 vanili secer<br> 10 zlica secera<br> 6 zlica brasna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 litra mlijeka<br>\n  2 zlice gustina<br>\n1 slag vrecica ili 2 dc slatkog vrhnja<br>\nkrema za visoku krempitu<br>\n6 jaja<br>\n20 zlica secera<br>\n2 vanili secera<br>\n1 kutija (40 dag) gustina<br>\n6 zlica brasna<br>\n5 dc vode<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 litre mlijeka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema<br> 1.<br> Mijesati jaja, secer i vanili secer, dodati brasno i ukuhati u mlijeku.<br> 2.<br> To znaci mjesati na laganoj vatri bar 10-15 minuta da postane gusta masa.<br> 3.<br>   Kada se smjesa malo ohladi dodati izradjeni slag i lagano umijesati.<br> 4.<br> Kremu staviti na list za krempite, prekriti s drugim listom narezanim na cetvorine i posuti s secerom u prahu.<br> 5.<br> Za visoku krempitu:<br> 6.<br> Mijesati 6 zumanjaka s 10 zlica secera i dodati gustin, pomjesan s vodom i brasnom, pa ukuhati u mlijeku.<br> 7.<br> Izlupati cvrsti snjeg od 6 bjelanjaka i 10 zlica secera, te lagano umjesati u malo ohladjenu kremu i filovati u dubljoj tepsiji izmedju dva lista a gornji da bude vec narezan na kocke radi lakseg rezanja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Kolegica mi je radila u slasticarni i pokupila recept.
