Najzastupljeniji je kao prilog, a pomfrit, pire ili pe\u010deni su najpopularniji. Nekada se u Jugoslaviji pravio i restovani krompir koji su obo\u017eavale mnoge generacije. Priprema je jednostavna, a sastojci jeftini i ima ih skoro svaka doma\u0107ica kod ku\u0107e. Mo\u017ee da se jede kao glavno jelo ili kao prilog uz meso, ali i uz podvarak ili uz bilo koji recept sa kiselim kupusom. <\/p>\n<p>Sastojci: <\/p>\n<p>800 g krompira<br \/>\n2 crna luka<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika ulja<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika slatke paprike<\/p>\n<p>Priprema: <\/p>\n<p>Krompir kratko kuhajte, nemojte ostaviti da skroz omek\u0161a, a zatim ga ocijedite i krupnije isijecite. U tiganju zagrijte ulje, pa propr\u017eite crni luk isije\u010den na rebarca. Kada on omek\u0161a dodajte krompir i posolite i pobiberite. Zatim prome\u0161ajte, pa pospite slatku papriku. Sipajte malo vode i dobro promije\u0161ajte, pa kuhajte dok ne ispari i dok krompir ne bude gotov.
