{"id":1589,"date":"2019-05-20T07:26:35","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T07:26:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=1589"},"modified":"2019-05-20T07:26:35","modified_gmt":"2019-05-20T07:26:35","slug":"omiljeni-kuglof","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=1589","title":{"rendered":"OMILJENI KUGLOF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ovo je moj favorit.Nakon mnogih drugih neuspjelih recepata-ovaj je nenadma\u0161an.<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci<br> 225 g putra<br> 250 g secera<br> 1 vanil-secer<br> 5-6 jaja (zavisno od velicine)<br> 450 g brasna<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g oguljenog mlevenog badema<br>\n1 prasak za pecivo<br>\nmalko soli<br>\n330 ml mleka<br>\n2 kasike gorkog kakaa<br>\n3 kasike secera<br>\nmalo cimeta (stavim 1\/2 kasicice)<br>\n3-4 kasike mleka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema<br>\n1.<br>\nPripremiti sve satojke i sacekati da budu sobne temperature.<br>\n2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U velikoj zdeli penasto umutiti putar sa secerom i vanilijom. Postepeno dodavati jaja.<br>\n3.<br>\nIzmesati brasno, badem i prasak za pecivo i postepeno dodavati putru, naizmenicno s mlekom.<br>\n4.<br>\n2\/3 smese izliti u kalup za kuglof (namazan putrom i posut brasnom).<br>\n5.<br>\nKakao, secer i cimet izmesati i sa malo mleka glatko izmesati.<br>\n6.<br>\nDodati u preostalu trecinu smese i dobro izmesati, da se ujednaci boja.<br>\n7.<br>\nIzruciti preko svetle smese u kalupu i malo viljuskom promesati.<br>\n8.<br>\nPeci na 175\u00b0C, 50-60 minuta. Proverite cackalicom. Kod mene se pece 60 min.<br>\n9.<br>\nGotov kolac ostaviti nekoliko minuta u kalupu, pa preokrenuti na tanjir za serviranje.
